

This is the part where I’m supposed to walk you through my entire life story and tell you all about how incredible I am… And that’s exactly what I intend to do!
Just kidding.
That being said, as much as I don’t really like talking about myself; you do kinda need to get to know me a little bit before you decide if I’m the right person for you to work with.
I’ll keep it short.
Vital Info
Started off super into sports when I was younger.
Initially football and athletics.
Left school and started a career sitting at a desk.
Played football for a bit. Went to the gym. Did some marathons. Then triathlons.
Career took over and I put on weight & become disillusioned with life…
Here’s me at my heaviest, just over 15 stone.

Not one to accept feeling like crap...
I quit my job. Started a PT course. And well, here we are.
I’ve since worked at a couple of gyms in Central London building up my experience and now I’m based in Bromley where I’ve lived for the past couple of years.
