Use the calendar below to book your program introduction session. This is where we will set some goals, do some basic health tests (to measure your progress) and run you through your 8 week journey!

The program is broken up into 4 phases each lasting 2 weeks; these are training foundations, nutrition, recovery & wellness and 'future you'. This is designed to remove the overwhelm & stress of incorporating a new fitness routine.

You'll start seeing results straight away with improved mental wellbeing, energy and confidence. The physical results will start to show in as little as 2 weeks.
